It's the party of the year - Good friends, Great food, Big Game... Hell, even the commercials are entertaining!
And, here you are. You've done so well sticking with that New Year's Resolution. You're looking good, feeling good, and don't want to blow it.
But, you want to party.
Well, you can... kind of...
At least, there are ways to mitigate any potential fall.

These beverages can be drunk straight or combined with low-carb mixers for more flavor.
Wine and light varieties of beer are also relatively low in carbs — usually 3–4 grams per serving.

Food is actually the easier end of party temptations to resist for low carb diets. Why? Because we can eat those burgers and sausages!
A few easy twists or alterations to Old Time favorites, and you are golden. Instead of dipping tortilla chips in that salsa or guac, use Pork Rinds (I actually like it better anyway.) Veggie plates, Salted cucumber chips... There is no shortage of healthy party food options. It depends on how much effort you want to put into it.
